How to link multiple issues to a zephyr via excel import

I am using Zephyr for Jira (Current version) for my software project and am having an issue when linking issues.

When I import the attached template, everything works correctly except for the links.

I get Issue key provided to link is not valid ,issue not found with key _______ message for the second and third issue in the "items to link" field.  

Any thoughts on what is wrong with the template?
