Feature Request: "Preconditions" field that displays in the Execution View

Hello.. 

A "Preconditions" field as part of Zephyr that would be displayed and fully open in the execution view above the test steps would be nice to have so that we could outline preconditions without having to expand the Description (which is narrowed in the execution view) so that it would be easier to set them up during the test execution. 

I don't think a first-step-of-the-test case solution would work as well because those fields are narrow as well.
