Capture for Jira_ Issue Template: cannot save all fields

Hello,

when trying to create a new template for creating Jira issues, some fields are not saved such as Sub-Project(s), Labels and testing phases.

Also, I cannot update the template afterwards.

Do you know if this is a known issue or if there's any existing workaround ? I'm getting crazy updating manually all tickets...

Thanks a lot!

Nathalie

    ncapp Nathalie,

Could you please share some screenshots of the issue you are facing? also if you are facing the issue for all the projects or only few, please note that the only workaround I can think of is to make the additional custom fields optional in the create issue screen itself so that, the plugin will not force you to enter the values manually.

      Hi ncapp,

Does the issue still persist? If it does, please let us know more information about it as Bibek requested. We will be happy to help.

        Hello Bibek and Tania,

        sorry the late reply!

The issue is still occuring and unfortunately and cannot provide screenshot to you as the data are sensitive.

BibekBehera , is it reproducible on your side?

        Steps to reproduce:

Create a template and fill with Subproject and Label field

        Save the template

Reopen the template: all information should be displayed

Actual: Subproject and Label fields are not populated

Many thanks for your reply, I will try to answer faster next time 😉
