moving test cases between Sprints

How do you move a test execution that is half-finished from the last spring to the current sprint with the execution statuses attached? Our sprint has finished but test executions were nearly done, instead of re-execute them all over, is it possible to move all the execution details from the last sprint to the current sprint?
