Slow Response Time
We have had extremely slow response time ever since the update on 11/18/2021. We've tried clearing the browser cache, clearing the zephyr cache, using different browsers, and logging out/back in. Nothing seems to be working. We are currently doing some testing and this is really slowing us down. When executing a test and updating the execution on a step, it can take up to a minute for the update to load. Any ideas? Is anyone else having this issue?
Sorry to hear you are having issues post updating.
Its difficult to determine the cause but I havnt had any issues on my own instance.
I would recommend opening a support case.
Here our team can analyze the issue further and see if there is an issue that can be fixed
