Reports - Filter by Folder
I am attempting to filter by Folders in reporting, however, this feature does not seem to be working. There aren't any values that I can select and all folders I manually enter are not considered valid.

Hi Dominique. This feature works for me in Jira Server. I have created folders, added test cases into those folders, and then from there I am able to select those folders as a filter in reports by typing any part of the folder name into the criteria field. As an example, I've attached an image, using the Test Execution Results (List) report.
Not sure if this helps because if you have a folder with test cases in it then I'm not sure why it's not working.
