Jira Server Traceability Categories

Hi, does anyone know how to change the single categories of the traceability section in Jira issues? Marked with red line at the picture:

Looks like a development request to me.  Those fields are from the Execution tab in the Test Case.  You can add custom Test Execution fields but they do not appear in the Execution tab or the issue screens as far as I can tell.

Thanks for your answer. I tried to add custom fields. But as you mention, this didn't changed the displayed fields. It would be much better for our Testing Dep. to see immediately all important information about the choosen Test Execution but it seems that it is not possible...
