we are using the zephyr scale in the Jira cloud and we are not able to execute test cases, like pass or fail, could you please help me here, it's urgent for us. I have attached a screen shot here please have a look

In the screenshot of permissions I notice that it's set to YES and no users or roles have been selected. That looks like the obvious cause of the issue. Have you tried adding roles into the permissions (roles are set in Project Settings > People > find users and set their roles). Or disable the permissions and test that it works and enables users to execute tests. In my projects I disable ZS permissions and have yet to have a problem as a result of opening up ZS
