Can you provide more information please. I assume you were making an API call and that's why you got a 502 server message. What was the URL you were using, etc.

At the moment I don't have the possibility to log in and send you the URL.
I can't nothing do it to Use. I dont know what the Problem is...
It is no longer possible for me to use the tool but it is absolutely necessary as we run our test plans and test runs with it.

Looking at your URL, it is trying to open Jira, and is setting the value of a variable called "SetCST" with a long encoded string. Have you tried just accessing https://informatics-dresden.atlassian.net (in other words, without the encoded value) so that you can login that way?

Unfortunately, I get the same result when I try to open this URL. Every time I try to open it, the whole CST hangs on it and I can't stop it... 😞

Hello!
I face a similar issue.
I try login to Jira but I get a 502 Bad Gateway error message.
All other users from my company have access normally.
I had also access from my computer until yesterday, since then nothing has changes on my laptop.
I also tried https://informatics-dresden.atlassian.net but i get the same error when hitting this url as well.
Please assist.

It sounds like there might be an issue with an Atlassian service - it's not a Zephyr Scale issue. I suggest you contact Atlassian support, but you might find their statuspage useful to check: Atlassian Status, e.g. Access (Atlassian Access Status)
