Unable to find Tests issue Type

We have recently installed Zephyr plugin in Jira and while trying to set it up, we are unable to find the Tests Issue Type, its not in the Issue Type Schemas as well.

I also can't seem to find the Tests tabs on the left pane after hitting on a project and Zephyr Scale.

Has anyone come across this issue?
