SLA for ticket resolution - Zephyr Scale

Hi Team,

We are planning to use zephyr scale version, would like to know the support SLA which smart Bear provides.

    Probably have to ask SmartBear for that.  But I can say that I've found their support to be responsive and I normally hear back within 24 hours.
