How to activate the traceability in jira issues

I don't have access to the server version, but there should be a button or option in the menus at the top to show Zephyr Scale on the Jira issue. After doing this, expand the traceability section and go into the menu to link test cases. check out the screenshots on this page https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-server/docs/test-cases/manage.html

On the test cases, you can directly link Jira issues to the test cases on the Traceability tab.
