Can you add Global Custom Fields in Zephyr Scale Cloud so that all projects inherit these fields?

I'm trying to add Zephyr Scale to a number of projects and there are a few fields that I want all projects to contain as part of their test cases. I'm basically trying to do a global config to get teams off the ground with a certain template. I see the documentation mentions global custom fields in Zephyr squad but I every time I try it in Scale seems to only be at a per project level:

I assumed Scale would have the same functionality as Squad plus some extras.

That would be a cool feature, but I don't think it exists In Scale.  Everything I've seen is encapsulated at a project level.
