Can't install Zephyr Scale Server Trial Version

Instructions are  - "Choose "Apps", then navigate to "Manage Apps" (the "Install" section in older versions). Click the "Upload App" link and upload this file."

I cannot find the 'Upload App' link there.

Please suggest.

Note - I already have Zephyr Scale Cloud Trail version installed.
