Projects are not able to see anything test execution folder unlike Test planning and repository

Not sure what happened everything was working normally. No change made anywhere.

Admin reported reindexing fixed this issue. Need to understand, how often we need to reindex zephyr projects

Indexing is done automatically however sometimes based on configuration changes indexing may need to be done manually to ensure the latest data/config changes apply across your projects. 

best way to determine when to index is to check the indexing health
