443 error: Connection timed out: connect on Jenkins while connecting to Zephyr Enterprise

Hi everyone, I am getting 443 error: Connection timed out: connect on Jenkins while connecting to Zephyr Enterprise to upload the results.

plugin configuration has shown connection to zephyr is successful

Tools used: Cucumber, testng, selenium, java, gradle

I am able to see the projects names and release name that were fetched through the plugin connection establishment but still getting 443 error while job is trying to upload the results
