testcomplete can not locate objects in hyprid app

testcomplete can not locate objects in hyprid app
Hey every body, i am testing a hyprid app, when i open the app everything going well and testcomplete can locate all the objects in the app but after 4 or 5 steps and when i enter in the web part of the app, testcomplete stop locating the objects and writes this message "Failed to access the WebView content,
Possibly, the tested application or device settings have not been configured correctly."
What should i do, thanks

Are you changing focus when you switch back and forth? Try clicking on the web part before you continue and see if that helps.

no i'm not but i think that it's a problem of resolution or phone performance because when i changed a bigger phone with an newer version it works but i dont know till now if this is a solution

If TestComplete can't "see" the web section, even if you can, then the error message would result. Forcibly bringing it into focus may help that.
