intermittent failing of Keyword Scripts

Hi, i am running a number of reports in my delphi app as a smoke test. The response times to opening the report vary and occasionally Test Complete will fail the script. If i chose to run the test on its own the script passes fine. Once i click on the Report button is there a way that i can put a pause into the recording which will wait until the report has fired up instead of failing?
