how to check "reading debug information..." is gone?


I am using open application in my script.  Sometimes when the "reading debug information..."(under the stop and pause button) is showing up and if my script do something on testing application my testing application will be killed.  How to check "reading debug information..." is gone and then I can start my script?

    I found the parameter “Application hanging timeout”(Tools->Project properties->Freeze Diagnostics): Specifies the number of milliseconds after which TestComplete terminates applications that do not respond.

    So looks like I don't need to check "reading debug information" is gone.  I just increase the values and let TC handle it.
