Win7 64bit or 32bit stops while loading to main window

Question

Hi Support Team,We are using TestComplete 7.52. Today we tried to run TC on Windows7 64bit. Installation was ok, but while running it stops on main window (not opening any project) and every clik makes the window "blank" or sets it into "Not responding" (in window title). The same problem we had while trying to run TC on Windows7 32bit.Is there something like patch or other solution to fix this problem?Best regardsWojtek (JBR)wojciech.targosz@rogowiec.pl

Running it with '/ns' switch fixed it for me, issue seems to be startup screen in testcomplete. &nbsp;

Hi Wojciech,This appears to be the same issue as was discussed in some earlier threads on this forum:TestComplete 7.52 patched hangs on startup - Win7 x64 new installationFailed to open in Windows7TestComplete 7.52 on 64-bit windows 7The workaround is to launch TestComplete 7.52 with the /ns ("no splash screen") command-line switch, as Aakash wrote. Another option is to run TestComplete in the Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode.By the way, TestComplete 8 doesn't have this issue.
