Web Table Checkpoints

in searching for a way to perform web table checkpoints in testcomplete I came across the following community post from almost 12 years ago by tristaanogre.

of course, the link in the post is no longer valid but he mentions at the bottom that this is some sort of script extension. does anyone here know where i can find more information about this?
