Unable to launch Test Complete Application

Question

&nbsp;Hi there&nbsp;Is anyone else experiencing issues launching Test Complete this morning.It comes poping up with the message below and doesn't matter what I select. It does not launch.no one else is using the application except myself and my license is still valid for another year.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
