    Hi Muralidhar , could you let me know what version of TestComplete you are using?

    Please make sure it is the newest version - 14.60.

     

    If this doesn't help, I would recommend contacting Support since this might require deeper investigation. Thank you!

Hi sonya_m, Yes I am using the latest trail version of Testcomplete ie;14.50.
