Refreshmappinginfo method can' t solve this issue. Actually, it's random question in my test case. Appeared on running project and not appear on running single case. Like the picture,
So I don't know the testcomplete how to calculate the coordinate. Now I will cancel the unstable this case.
Thanks!
Hi Bingo,
One more thing to check - do you have the DPI settings set to 100% on your computer?
Also, this article contains possible cases of the error you get. Please go through them one more time.

What if tested object be fullscreen? Could your tested application be fullscreen?

It don't need be fullscreen because the test object is under the app that is fullscreen.

Hi,

Could you clarify this?
Does this mean that your test is working with two tested applications and the problem (randomly) occurs when the second application is behind the currently active first one and test code tries to click the object of the second application?
If this is the case, what if you try to activate your second application before interacting with it? Like:
Call Aliases.Inventor.MainWindow.Activate()

Oh, it's a work window like PS work area. They are belong to the same windows client.

What if you try to activate it before use:
Call Call Aliases.Inventor.MainWindow.MDIClient.Activate()
Idea behind the suggestion: you might got an error that the window cannot be activated if there is some case with the window itself, but not with the target control and its coordinates.
