The OCR service failed to process the document.
While running two different Tests on two different servers using TestComplete on one server and TestExecute on another I received the below message from both tests at almost the same time.
- The OCR service failed to process the document.
- Details:

Size: 49005 bytes

Request execution time: 60750 ms
Server: https://ocr.api.dev.smartbear.com
Status code: 504 (Gateway Time-out.)
I notice other Community questions regarding this same issue, but no resolution was presented.

The OCR issue was due to the OCR server not being unreachable at some point and now the issue is resolved.
I was told by Sean O'Neil that TestComplete sends the data to be recognized to the ocr.api.dev.smartbear.com web service by SmartBear. This web service forwards incoming requests to Google Vision API and transfers the recognition results back to TestComplete."
