Hi Tanya
Thanks for you reply. I have followed the instructions but without success. I have manually re-installed the usb drivers, installed a few more packs for android and re-installed the application.
This works with an emulator so I presume there is a compatibilty issue with my device. When I try to check the connection status from TestComplete, it shows my device ID and model but the status itself is "??", I am not sure if this means something.
