TestComplete crashes on test setup

Hello everyone, today I seem to be running into a problem with running TestComplete on a test server through TeamCity. I am currently testing just running my TestComplete project on the machine without calling it through the TeamCity command line but the first 2 or 3 runs after I have opened the application it crashes when a Python script is called. It throws an error with logs and says that "TestComplete has encountered a problem in module ucrtbase.DLL" If anyone has any information it would be appreciated, thank you.
