TestComplete Integration to DevOps

Question

Hello,
&nbsp; &nbsp;I am evaluating TC14. I have integrated it successfully w TFS and Visual Studio. I have a question I cant seem to find an answer for. If we want to associate TC tests w Test Cases in TFS, do we need to use Visual Studio as well? Our Visual Studio is connected to TFS. But most of our team (PM's, Dev, etc..) do not use VS, they just use TFS. I cant seem to get a straight answer. Hoping to find recommendations here.&nbsp;Thanks
