TestComplete 12/Google Chrome/Win 10: Only Small Portion of Screen is Highlighted (REUPLOAD)

    I have Test Complete 10 and 11 also installed.  The other two extensions are for those versions. 

     

    I disabled them just as a test, and received the same result.

In your screenshot, I see 3 different TestComplete extensions enabled in your Chrome installation.  See what happens if you disable all but the TestComplete 12 one.
