Test complete Video Recorder is not recording all screens of the test

I've installed VLC player 64 bit and integrated it with test complete 14.8 (64 bit) and when I run the tests
screen recordings are getting stored in logs but the recording is Incomplete.

If the run time of my test case is 2 minutes for that test recording video duration like 1 minute.

Video is not capturing end to end test flow rather missing some actions. Please provide us some solution on it.

But I've already raised the smartbear issue and they said they do give support for recording extension and they suggested me post here in community.

@gowthamiab this plugin was created by one of the community members, and it's not supported officially indeed.

My advice is - please refer to the plugin's documentation to make sure everything is set up right - https://github.com/SmartBear/testcomplete-videorecorder-extension/blob/main/README.md
