Test Complete and VPN

We have noticesd that Test Complete will not always find the browser if the browser is not top level at the same time with Test Complete (ie: split screen).    Has anyone else experienced this an...

    Well yes, that's the error, but for the video to be helpful, it needs to show us what's going wrong.
