I need to make a system architecture diagram of my current project for a report but the project is very large , easily 20 plus scripts with a number of jobs and tasks on top of that. Is there any sort of plug in or tool that will automatically make the diagram? I know some IDE's have this feature but I cant seem to find it for TestComplete.

No, this is not something that exists for TestComplete at the moment.
Something to keep in mind is that while TestComplete does provide an environment that is similar to an IDE... it is NOT an "Integrated Development Environment". It is a tool, itself, that has some coding/dev environment features. So, to compare TestComplete to an IDE like Visual Studio or NetBeans or something like that is not an accurate comparison. While the feature you requested would be useful, I'm not surprised it doesn't exist yet.
