Step level status update in the exported reports from Zephyr after integrating with TestComplete

I integrated TestComplete with the Zephyr tool. Then linked a test case written Zephyr to TestComplete. Once the TestComplete TestSuite execution is done, test status is updated in Zephyr for the linked Test Case. When generating the test summary report to HTML or CSV file, step result status for each step is showing as "UNEXECUTED". Is there any additional mapping I need to do for this stepwise status updation?

      So it is not possible to update the step level details if we are doing the execution by linking the test case, right?

        Is there any other way to achieve this in TestComplete?
