Sentinel LDK License Manager constantly crashing after upgrade to TestComplete 15.40

Sentinel LDK License Manager constantly crashing after upgrade to TestComplete 15.40. 

The Message reads as follows: 

Communication error between the application and the local HASP License Manager. 
Please make sure that the 'Sentinel LDK License Manager' service is running.
Error code: d, 33

These instructions do work, but it sucks doing them 4-6 times a week 

Please advise on this License Managers' stability

    Check under Task Manager to see if multiple services for Sentinel LDK License Manager
    are running  and their version

    Also, does stopping the service and starting again here.

    Could also uninstall Sentinel LDK License Manager and install again.
