Hi Nancy,
I recommend that you use Windows Scheduler. You can find more information in the 'Scheduling TestComplete Runs' help topic.
If you need something more test-specific and 'smart', then you need a test management tool. Currently, we do not have our own tool for managing tests, but you can use our partner's Software Planner tool. You can find more information on it here:
