Schedule TC scripts or projects to run in different time

      I have a couple of SQL Sever jobs to run. After a job runs, my TestComplete project (scripts) will check if correct records are loaded to corresponding tables, and then another job will run... The first SQL job will take about 1 hour. Should I use Delay() to let TestComplete write one hour until the job finishes, or use windows Scheduling Tasks to schedule my TestComplete Projects running in different time? Is there any better way to do this?
