I would like to running the same .NET Windows application many time inside a loop statement. Is it possible? I try do this in a KeywordTest but TestComplete always call the window of the first open...

You want to use the same instance of the application each cycle of a loop, right?
Set the Count parameter for your tested application to 1 and IgnoreRunning to False. Does this help?
