Running TestExecute.exe using VIX API

When I try to run Testexecute.exe in non-admin user on a VM using VIX API, TestExecute.exe is
crashing with an “Unknown Error” and terminating itself (attached screenshot).
I couldn’t see any message in Event-viewer, but got a dump file for the crash
attached. Even the service “TestComplete Service” is also
running with no issues.
