Remove or disable testcomplete extension from google chrome

Running Testcomplete 15.

Using Google Chrome: 96.0.4664.45

Trying to test some items and I need to disable or remove the test complete extension. It won't let me disable it or remove it in the Google Chrome extensions. 

I tried uninstalling/installing chrome again and it is there still.

Also, this link to the script here is broken.
