Reg: ReferenceError: Window is not defined error

Question

Hi Test Complete users,&nbsp;I am very new to TestComplete tool and trying to record a script via BDD. Stuck up at this particular step where I am trying to select a timezone from list of timezones in our application:&nbsp;As shown in the screenshot, I can't select a single timezone group but entire window is being selected as an object when I use object spy.&nbsp;&nbsp;Can you please advice me on what should be done to select a single value from this list?&nbsp;Note: This is a VB6 based application&nbsp;Thanks,Vandana

Thank you&nbsp;mikef&nbsp;I tried with Onscreen object identification and TestComplete was able to detect the timezones.I am sure text recognition will also help.&nbsp;I will keep this in my memory for next time.&nbsp;

Try enabling Text Recognition on the window.

Use the Object Spy to get the WndClass property of the dropdown list, add it to the list of accepted windows in Tools &gt; Current Project Properties &gt; Open Applications &gt; Text Recognition.
