Problem using table checkpoint

That occurs when trying to use the Table Checkpoint can not, with the error: Unable to retrieve table data for the checkpoint. Possible causes: • The selected object is not supported by table checkpoints (see Table Checkpoints - Supported Controls). • The selected object is not a tabular control. For example, you selected the wrong object. Can you help me please? We do not know what the problem of the TestComplete tool not get access. My current version is: 20.11.1491.
