Package execution problem
Dear, sir I am facing this error whenever i execute the setup package for installing testcomplete software, please guide to solve this error.pleae
I have no better idea than corrupted installation package. Create Support ticket via the https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/message/ form if re-downloading does not help.

Also, you can try downloading the installation file by using a special tool (not the browser) - Free download manager or a similar one.

I've reproduced the issue on my side.
Try use "Start-Process TestComplete.exe". Also if you need to use some parameters read help info for the PowerShell "Start-Process" command.
