Objects recognized differently based on how the application is launched

Hi,

 

I am getting different set of behaviour based on how the application is launched.

1) If I save the tested application path in TestedApps, then run the project.

2) I have saved an empty TestedApps, then during run time I update the TestedApp.Path and FileName via scripts and try to launch them.

As you can see the objects are recognised differently and its causing some trouble.  

I was using the '1' all these days, now since the requirement has changed I have to follow the '2'. 

Any idea why is it so and suggestion to overcome this?

    I am not sure why it happens, but the 2nd version is incorrect, do not use it, this is incorrectly recognized .NET controls.
