Not able to open TestComplete trial version

Hello All,

 

I'm new to this community, I've installed TestComplere trial version on my Laptop and when I open the application after complete installation I'm getting following error message:

 

Unable to find vendor library.
Error code: hasp_update, 48

 

For test complete version please refer image Capture1.png.

 

Would need your help in resolving this issue.

    Hi Phani,

     

    Something went wrong while installing TestComplete's licensing subsystem.

    If reboot does not help, try to uninstall TestComplete and install it a-new.

    Also check if the 'Sentinel LDK License Manager' service was created in your system and is up and running.

    If the problem still persists, you may either contact your Sales Representative or create Support Ticket via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete form.

      Hi Alex,

       

      The problem was with one of the Sentinel LM dll files (haspvlib_71040.dll) and I was able to figure out the way to put it back into the relevant folder.
