Testcomplete is unable to detect the WndCaption of a window. The Software view has a few different windows , TestComplete is able to detect the wndCaption of some but not able to detect for this one until I unpin that window from the software (as separate window) and pin again.
The software view screenshot shows that window.

My guess is that when docked, the target control is not windowed (in terms of OS - it does not have window id and thus does not have window caption).
Been undocked, control is put into real window that you can work with.
Talk to your developers to check if my guess is correct.

Thanks for response.
But I am confused with the point, that In object browser after I undock and dock, it's fine, it shows wndCaption. It doesn't detect it in the first time after start of software to be tested until I do docking undocking.
For the time being I am using Different property to detect the window and reported concern to the Developers
