Message: the test log files cannot be created

Question

Up until last week I have had no issues running tests and saving the log files. However, recently I have been receiving this message: "The test log files cannot be created. Reason: the operation completed successfully." I am not sure why I wouldn't have permission to create the directory where the logs are usually saved. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

Did you just upgrade TestComplete? That's an issue some people have seen with the new version. If so, contact Support directly about this. Here's the link:
