If you instead of running one big TestComplete job, set up a Jenkins job for each test you want to appear in the log and create a Jenkins multijob that calls these, you will get what you are asking for.
This is the set up I have, but I did not set it up like this to get the output you want, but to let Jenkins parallisation ensure that the jobs were distributed on the available servers.
