Integrating TestComplete with Polarion ALM

Hello,

I'm currently evaluating TestComplete and it looks great, but I'm wondering if anybody has integrated TestComplete in their Polarion ALM Tool. One usecase would be of course to export the results to Polarion, which I think should be not that big problem. The other usecase would be importing TestCases (WorkItem IDs and Title) as TestCase Templates into TestComplete. 

Is it generally possible to create TestCases  via TestComplete API? I'm not sure how this could be done.

 So any hints, ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
