Installation on localhost not finding our floating license

I perform my testing via a Virtual Machine.

Test Complete is installed there and git and all works perfectly until I can to find out that I can't test my mobile devices from it because there is no way that I have found to connect them.

I have found NO CLEAR instructions on how to setup bitbar or the whole mobile testing environment really. 

Which is very sad considering I paid $5k for this application.

I would prefer not to have to install it on my localhost and continue my work on my VM.

However the bitbar system only has a two week trial period which is no way enough to set it up and get it working and learn how to use it when there aren't any findable instructions on how to do any of this. If the trial period would be a month that would be better, however the problem is the instructions.

Where are they?

Yeah I know the subject was about the license which also concerns me. I have a floating license so it should be findable anywhere.

I suggest you log a support call via TestComplete: New Support Request, and they should be able to resolve your issues.
