I wonder if I can use Testcomplete 10.60 with Windows server 2016? Is it supported?

Support for Windows Server 2016 was added in TestComplete 12.2.

Windows 10 support was added to TestComplete 11.0.  Since Server 2016 is on the same architecture as Windows 10, I would guess (but I'm not certain) that is when the support for Server 2016 happened as well.
